At Cramlington United we pride ourselves on our approach to coaching, we simply don't accept second best.
Not only are our coaches fully qualified but we expect them to help deliver the 'impossible', providing fantastic opportunities to players of all abilities in an enjoyable atmosphere. Our links with top professional Clubs has helped us to build a very structured and advanced coaching team who understand that grassroots football needs to adapt and progress, we are certainly not a Club to rely on outdated and former glories. Our results in ensuring we add value to every player in the Club is outstanding, and it is no coincidence that investing in quality coaches and coaching methods is reaping rewards as the Club continues to grow.
